DELIVERY CHARGES

 

Our deliveries are the same day if you order before 2 pm within Lagos and next day delivery for other states 72hours. This applicable when it’s a working day. 

 

For the delivery price, it depends on the weight of the item and the distance.

RETURNS OR EXCHANGES PERIOD

For returns or Product exchange, please be informed that the return period begins 7 days from the day you receive the product. For exchange, the Product must be unused, free of damages and be in their original packaging including all accessories. 


DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a product that is damaged in shipping, defective or that is not the product you ordered, please return it during your return and exchange time period and we'll arrange for a replacement. 


RESTOCKING FEE

Returned products that are not damaged, defective or incorrect items have a restocking fee of 30% of Product purchase price, if returned by the Customer. The Product will only be accepted if it has not be opened or unsealed and the Customer bears the shipping fee. 

 

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

You may return an item purchased from Paykobo.com by logging into your account, then click on ‘My Return’ and fill the Request new Return form.

 


RETURN METHOD AND TIMING

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5 business days to the account where payment was sent from. With a few exceptions, we will reimburse you for returned items or if you prefer, you can make an exchange for another item.


Exceptions:

  • Items need to be returned in a like-new condition: Items that are damaged, used, opened from carton, dented or scratched will not be accepted.

  • Return items with all accessories and packaging: We will not accept or allow a return if any part of the accessories is missing. 

  • Discount or Freebies: If you return an item bought as part of a bundle or with a promotional discount, you do not have to return everything. We will reimburse you for what you do return, minus the value of the discount or freebie.

  • All Final Sale merchandise cannot be returned. Other nonreturnable purchases include custom orders, personalized orders, digital content, prepaid cards (including third-party gift cards), gift packaging, completed services, opened consumable items including batteries, ink and 3D printer filament. 

  • Office software: Opened software that has their serial key unscratched or unsealed are returnable for 7days. Unsealed serials will not be accepted. 

 

Please note that reimbursements on returns lacking proof of purchase may be denied or limited.
