1. What if I want to buy in large quantity?

We support quantity buying. Just contact us on 01-2708800 or send an email to hello@paykobo.com. You can also complete the Request for quote form specifying the product you are interested in getting and we will contact you.

2.  Do all the products come with a guarantee?

 All the products we sell come with a manufacturer's guarantee for at least 1 year guaranteed. Paykobo.com also warranty where faulty products are replaced within 15 working days. See our Warranty for more details.

3. What If I can’t find it on the website?

If you can't see the product you are interested in the stock, please contact us on 01-2708800, WhatApp us on 08025564825, or send an email to hello@paykobo.com to find out if we can get it for you.



4. Are the prices on your website final?

We try to ensure that the prices on our website are updated frequently but due to the unpredictable nature of the IT and computer industry, prices do fluctuate. To be sure, please call us to confirm the price on the website before placing an order or making payment. We also reduce prices for bulk purchases.

 


5. What if I find it cheaper elsewhere?

Everyone loves a bargain and we love to give one too. Our prices are best but if you find it cheaper elsewhere, we will match the price. See our price match for more details.  

 


Placing of Order

  1. Can I pick up my order at your office?

Yes, you can. Simply work into our office to pick up your order after making payment.

 

2. How long does it take to get my order to be delivered to me?

Once payment has been made, we deliver within 24hrs within Lagos and Abuja. Other parts of the country or outside Nigeria may take up to 72hrs.

 

 3. How long will it take to get my order?

Our deliveries are usually within 24hrs in Lagos, Ogun and Abuja. Other states are within 72hours. This applicable when it’s a working day. Not to worry, we will call/chat you to frequently update you about it.

 


4. How do I change or cancel my order?

Changing or canceling of order can only be made before the item has been dispatched by contacting our team by phone.  Once the item has been dispatched, changing or canceling an order may no longer possible at this stage.  If returned, it attracts a restocking fee.

 

 

Returning your Order

 

  1. Can I return a product after buying it?

Yes, you can. Paykobo.com offers a 7 day return period.  This begins from the day you receive the product.  Returned products may attract a restocking fee, if not returned within 7 days.

 

2.  What if I noticed the product is damaged after delivery?

If you receive a product that is damaged in shipping, defective or that is not the product you ordered, please return it during your return and exchange time and we'll arrange for a replacement on or before 30 days.

 

3. How can I return my purchase?

You may return an item purchased from Paykobo.Com by logging into your account, then click on ‘My Return’ and fill the Request new Return form. Click here for the terms. Or you can simply walk or ship it to our office.

 

4. An item is missing from the Product, what should I do?

If you notice any accessories missing from the carton, please inform us straight away to enable us to resolve your query as soon as possible.

Just send us the following details:

  • Product name
  • Item(s) missing
  • The serial number of product

 

Payment Methods

  1. Can I do pay on delivery?

Yes, you can but only in locations in Lagos or Abuja. If you reside in other states or countries, then you will have to make payment before your item is delivered to you.

 


2. How is the delivery fees priced?

The delivery fee depends on the weight of the item and the distance. Please contact our team to find out the delivery fee for your location.

 


3. Do you make deliveries in all states in Nigeria?

Call us on 01-2708800, WhatApp us on 08025564825 or send an email to hello@paykobo.com. We will help you create an account or you can walk into our office to conveniently order and pick up our item.
