The Total pass B600 time clock with is a complete time and attendance solution to accurately capture employee attendance for up to 500 employees. The biometric fingerprint can network up to 33-time clocks (500 employee capacity for each clock) or manage as a stand-alone clock. It connects is over LAN, Wifi and USB Flash Drive. Additionally, it can support up to 99 departments and record logs of up to 300,000 transactions.
It features a camera that acts as a backup to verify and identify employees in the event of a failed punch. It offers a variety of unlocking options like fingerprint, PIN, ID Badge through a PC, MAC, smartphone, tablet and Linux. The built software allows the time clock to record and calculate employee’s punches even when the timeclock connection to a PC, server or Internet is lost.
It is perfect for mid-size or small businesses that do not want to pay extra monthly charges.
Other features include free exports to payroll for seamless integration; Customized email alerts like approaching overtime and missing/late punches, punch notifications, backup reminders, auto backup to protect data.
