DS-640 Compact Mobile Document Scanner Description
The Brother DS-640 Compact Mobile Document Scanner is a perfect solution if you always need to scan on the go. It is easy to set up in seconds right out of the box by plugging the included USB into your PC. It is portable, user-friendly, and has accessible workflow applications that make it easy to use. You can scan multiple destinations, including File, Image, OCR, and Email. Its 600 x 600 dpi resolution is for detailed image capture, has a simplex scanning speed of 16ppm, and can handle up to 100 scans daily. It delivers the same scan speed for black and coloured documents. The document management and OCR software included with the DS640 allows you to optimise scans and convert documents up to 72 inches long into editable Microsoft Word files. Your papers are fed easily into its specialised roller system, producing high-quality digital files. The same USB 3.0 cord you use to connect to your PC for scanning also powers it.
