Cisco ISR 4451 Router Description
The Cisco ISR4451-X-SEC/K9 is the ISR 4451 with a security license. It is a Layer 7 router that lets you monitor your networks without interrupting them. By default, the aggregate throughput is set to 1 Gbps. You can always upgrade your network performance up to 2Gbps. When your branch requires a performance upgrade, this is a pay-as-you-grow model that meets the growing needs of your business network.
A WAN optimization module is also embedded with this router. In addition to supporting 2 Enhanced Service-Module (SM-X) slots, the router also supports two kinds of DDRM, data plane, and control/services plane, allowing administrators to configure the router easily.
