The ES947C/FM3 is a low-profile design with a uniform cardioid polar pattern with a 120-degree pick-up angle that features a capacitive touch switch which enables local muting of the microphone. Integrated into the microphone setup is a highly visible two-state RGB LED ring that offers 7 selective colour options plus Off to indicate mute status. The phantom-powered ES947C/FM3 microphone requires 11V to 52V and supports a self-contained power module with a 3-pin XLR output connector locking capacity to prevent accidental disconnection during recording sessions or a live performance. The XLR connector also prevents any kind of dropout and offers lossless sound. Outstanding rejection of radio frequency interference (RFI) is guaranteed with the UniGuard® RFI-shielding technology.
