Enhance your meeting sound reproduction with the M1250B (one of the models of the Micropod series), a modular system of the MicroPodTM Series from Audix. This microphone is a miniature condenser microphone combined with a 6-inch gooseneck length. The gooseneck can be utilised with any Micro Series microphone and is designed for applications such as presentations, meetings, and teleconferencing. This microphone features a cardioid polar pattern with exceptional transient response. It offers high sensitivity and provides complete immunity to RF, excellent sound quality, and ease of operation. The MicroPods can accurately capture and reproduce speech from a comfortable distance. With a wide frequency range of 50 Hz–19 kHz, the MicroPods provide you a natural sound with an excellent transient response.
M1250B microphone allows for more flexibility and high-quality gooseneck, terminating in a standard XLRm. The MicroPod Series requires 18–52 Volts of phantom power for operation. It also comes with a flange mount for easy installation.
M1250B Micro Series Microphone
M1250B Micro Series capsule features a small profile design that measures 6" in length. The M1250B features a cardioid polar pattern that effectively minimises off-axis noise and audio signal, significantly reducing feedback. The microphone cardioid polar pattern also helps to isolate the speaker from other ambient noise in the room or on the stage.
Self-Contained Electronics and Output Stage
The M1250B microphone of the Micro Series microphones features a miniature capsule and output stage built into the body of the microphone. This takes away the need for external power modules and output stages, eliminating the need for bulky external preamplifiers and powering devices. The condenser element features a high sensitivity of 9 mV (C) /Pa @ 1k and a wide response of 50 Hz - 19 kHz that provides excellent transient response.
The XLR male output stage base featured in the microphone is convenient for quick installation into a standard mixer or preamplifier input.
Flange Mount
An included flange mount enables surface installation on podiums, pulpits, desktops, etc. This mount creates a stable base for the microphone and provides stability for M1250B with a 6” flexible gooseneck.
