The Wireless AC3200 Tri Band Gigabit Cloud Router from D-Link is a Wi-Fi router with four Gigabit LAN ports and tri-band technology. One band operates on the 2.4 GHz frequency and the other two operate on the 5.0 GHz frequency. Built with WPA/WPA2 security, this router has been designed for demanding tasks such as HD streaming, gaming, and multiple device usage. This router is able to achieve speeds of up to 3.2 Gbps and supports the 802.11a/g/n/ac protocols, as well as the 802.3/3u protocols.

The AC3200 is powered by a dual-core processor, AC SmartBeam technology, Intelligent Quality of Service (QoS) with traffic prioritization, six external antennas for achieving a greater wireless range, Smart Connect, and a user-friendly setup. The AC3200 helps create a fast and far-reaching home network for all of your connected devices. The DIR-890L with Smart Connect provides Band Steering Technology,

which will efficiently select the fastest Wi-Fi speeds for every device, therefore helping to prevent your network from developing speed bottlenecks. Smart Connect will also assign one SSID and a security for all your devices, thereby simplifying your home network.

The AC3200 also has a user-friendly interface that will allow users to monitor Internet activity, block unwanted devices, creative public or encrypted guest networks, and prioritize (drag and drop) devices with the QoS engine. The Wireless AC3200 Tri Band Gigabit Cloud Router operates on 100-240 V AC at 50/60 Hz. Included is a power adapter, an Ethernet cable, and a Wi-Fi configuration card. This router is also compatible with Windows and Mac OS.
