The 3000 lumens Hitachi CP-WX3015WN LCD Projector is not only a jack-of-all-trades, it's a master of all of them. Just look at the features and specs. The CP-WX3015WN projects great images and you can tune them to your most exacting specifications.
Its WXGA (1280 x 800) resolution is a great match for today's laptop and PC monitors. Beyond WXGA it can project 720p and 1080i/p high-definition pictures via its composite jack and it can also handle a number of world TV standards. This projector has been designed and specified to deliver the impressive image quality you expect from a Hitachi product.
Embedded networking gives you the ability to manage and control multiple projectors over your LAN. Features include scheduling of events, centralized reporting, image transfer and e-mail alerts for reactive and routine maintenance.
It's got a 3000:1 (using active IRIS) contrast ensuring that what you project shows deep blacks and bright whites. The CP-WX3015WN uses 310W in operation and less than a single watt in standby mode. In normal mode the lamp can last as long as 5000 hours, but in eco mode lamp life soars to as much as 6000 hours. Fan noise drops from a very reasonable 36 dB to 29 dB, which is literally quieter than a whispered conversation.
Lastly, by using a USB memory stick or other storage device, you can use the projector without a computer. Menus are easy to see with a thumbnail display. Additionally there is also a slideshow function.
