Jabra Engage 50 Stereo Description 

The Jabra Engage 50 Wired Headset has a potent processing processor in the ear cup that offers cutting-edge functionality, including call analytic data. It features a perfect digital headset to boost your customer satisfaction and works out of the box with over 10,000 conventional desk phones. It is future-proof and suitable for all web-based softphone clients and contact centre platforms, such as Avaya, Cisco, and Genesys Cloud.


It features Safetone™ 2.0 technology, giving the next generation of hearing protection. This comprises Intelligent Acoustic Shock protection, which eliminates potentially harmful sounds; PeakStop™ 105 dB, which restricts unexpected sound spikes at a lower level than the usual Jabra PeakStop; and IntelliTone™ 2.0, which keeps average sound levels below predefined levels throughout the day. 


Background noise and breathing noises are minimised using a special three-microphone system with clever noise-cancellation filters, providing callers with an improved experience. Additionally, stereo sound and super wideband provide the highest levels of hearing protection for agents while creating rich, lifelike discussions.

Reduced Interruptions  for Greater Efficiency

The call control unit accessory gives agents the ability to quickly update their status lights, change the volume, mute settings, speed dial, answer, and end calls. The control unit is simple to operate and is built to remain put. Interruptions are minimised thanks to multi-color status lights on both ear cups of which the status lights can be customised for certain needs, making them more than just a busylight. Agents' concentration is improved by impressive passive noise-cancellation.
