The GR-1142 N+ Server Router Mini - All Broadbands from Sapido is not your standard router. With the GR-1142 you can utilize a variety of functions allowing you to stream music, share printers, view webcams remotely, and provide wireless access to data stored on a flash drive or hard drive.
Streaming music is simple, connect your iPhone or iPad wirelessly to your router and play your music through a pair of USB speakers connected to your router. The built-in FTP server, along with the Samba server, allows you to print wirelessly from anywhere on the network. With webcam support, you can view your webcams remotely, creating added piece of mind when you're away. Allow users throughout your network to access data stored on your flash drive or hard drive by plugging your drive directly into the GR-1142.
The GR-1142 is compatible with all types of broadband. This versatile router gives you the opportunity to connect your smartphone or 3G/4G device directly into the router thus providing a data connection you can route to all of your devices. You can also utilize a standard cable, fiber, or public WiFi connection to provide your users with a stable data connection. Once connected, the integrated Smart QoS bandwidth manager helps to eliminate lag for games, movies and music. The green design of the GR-1142 makes it 802.3az standard compliant, conserving up to 80% of the power consumption.
- Airplay Compatibility
- Simply plug in a pair of USB-enabled speakers to the GR-1142 and connect your iPhone/iPad or computer to the GR-1142 wirelessly; the music stored on the iPhone/iPad or computer can then be played through the connected speakers. Utilize iTunes "Multiple Speaker" feature and place GR-1142s with attached speakers in different rooms allowing you to wirelessly bridge the Internet to stream music simultaneously.
