Featuring an omnidirectional pickup pattern, the LavMicro U2 captures audio equally from every direction in the application while ensuring that a speaker’s voice remains consistent even if the speech is delivered in motion. Equipped with a 3.5mm TRRS output connector, it also has a dedicated toggle switch that switches between camera and phone output modes, while it switches the output of the microphone to either TRS or TRRS. For the power requirement of the microphone, the LavMicro U2 offers an installed battery that enables you to use the microphone without a power supply from the cameras and other devices. The microphone cable measures 6m in length and includes an alligator-style clip, a foam windscreen, and a storage pouch.
