The HME27 features a pre-polarised condenser microphone with a cardioid pick-up pattern for precise audio reproduction and higher intelligibility audio quality, even in noisy environments. With ActiveGard (on/off switch) technology, users are protected from noise peaks above 128 dB and 110 dB sound pressure levels. The headset provides a modular concept of different cables and boom arms to offer the highest flexibility while the cable offers compatibility with cable 26-II series. Featuring a swiveling ear cap, the headset allows for single-sided listening, and the microphone can be worn either on the right or left-hand side. Its lightweight circumaural design and the split headband ensure there is no pressure on the sensitive fontanelle. The HME27 includes wind & pop-screen as well as a wide headband padding that converts the two-piece headband into a compact single-piece.
