The speaker is certified for Microsoft Teams and is optimised for mid-sized meeting rooms for up to 10 people. It features intelligent solutions such as Cortana voice recognition software that allow you to intuitively control the speaker via hands-free operation. It also automatically creates automated live transcription of the meeting calls, saving you the hassle of having to keep a record of calls manually. The speaker is also designed to operate as a standalone operation once connected directly to a laptop in a meeting room. For maximum audio delivery and capturing, the speaker includes 7 beamforming microphones and an omnidirectional speaker, which covers a 3.5m radius. The TeamConnect Intelligent Speaker offers a versatile mounting option that enables you to place it on a desk or conference table. The included AC adapter also powers it.

Automated Live Transcript of Calls
For each meeting, the TeamConnect Speaker allows you to create a live transcript of the meeting calls. The speaker is built to identify up to 10 different voices and display them as captions in real-time, which is great for remote participants or participants who are hard of hearing. The corresponding transcription documents are available immediately after the meeting. At the same time, the Office 365 Cloud securely stores the transcripts as text documents, which you can access later for reference, to share, or delete at any time.
