The DuraScan D600 is a contactless reader and writer which supports a wide range of RFID and NFC formats including ISO 15693, ISO/IEC 14443 A & B and NFC Forum ISO/IEC 18092.
	This makes the D600 an excellent choice to read tags, cards, badges, product labels and mobile devices to create customer experiences, authenticate products, confirm identify, monitor workflow and track assets. Write operations are available to encode RFID tags ;the D600 can communicate with other NFC devices, including peers, sensors, data loggers, tiny IoT, battery less E-Paper displays and embedded systems.
This opens a new application running on the mobile device’s Bluetooth connected with the D600. The D600 is Bluetooth Low Energy 4.2 compliant and can be connected to a host using the HID (keyboard emulation) mode (requiring only native Apps) or Application mode (with Socket Mobile Capture SDK to ease App development) using Apple iOS, Android and Microsoft Windows.
	The Socket Mobile Companion App makes setup easy, and configuration cards are available for deployments. The forward-facing antenna facilitates reading small/hard-to-reach tags, smartcards and mobile devices. Normally a handheld device, the D600 can be placed in an optional Charging Stand or Cradle for automatic reading of customer cards and mobile devices.
