TL-WR710N Wi-Fi Pocket Router Description
TP-Link TL-WR710N is a small and pocket-size Mini Wi-Fi that can be carried along on the road while traveling, ideal for students and anyone for work or play.
The TL-WR710N Mini Wi-Fi is equipped with one fast Ethernet WAN/LAN port and is integrated with a USB port that supports both charging and sharing of content via an integrated media server. The TL-WR710N supports 802.11b/g/n wireless network standards, allowing a wide range of devices to be connected simultaneously. It delivers a speed of 150 Mbps over a 2.4-2.4835 GHz frequency ensuring a stable, reliable, and secured connection.
Operating Modes:
TP-Link TL-WR710N offers multiple operations based on different scenarios. It can operate in Wireless Router Mode (Default), Client Mode (TV/Game Console), Repeater Mode, Access Point Mode, and WISP Client Router Mode.
- Wireless Router Mode (Default): This mode allows you to create an instant private wireless network that can be shared to multiple Wi-Fi devices, suitable for most hotel and home networks.
- Client Mode (TV/Game Console): Allows wired-only devices access to an existing Wi-Fi network.
- Repeater Mode: This mode extends existing Wi-Fi, improving signal strength and maximizing coverage.
- Access Point Mode: Create a wireless network for Wi-Fi devices.
- WISP Client Router Mode: Connect to an outdoor WISP Access Point to access the Internet wirelessly.
Multi USB Function:
The integrated USB port allows you to connect a USB storage device to the TL-WR710N mini Wi-Fi, which allows sharing of files and media through your internet browser over the local network. Also, the USB port can provide a power supply (up to 5V/1A) to your mobile devices like tablets or smartphones, allowing you to move around with less chargers.
