The D555 3D Ready DLP Multimedia Projector from Vivitek is designed for uses ranging from a permanent ceiling mount to simple desk placement. It features a brightness of 3000 ANSI lumens in normal mode and has a native resolution of 1024 x 768 (XGA). In addition to XGA, it will support a range of non-native resolutions through scaling up to Full HD (1920 x 1080) resolution for video and WUXGA (1920 x 1200) resolution for computer sources. |

The D555 features an HDMI input with HDMI 1.4a support, two VGA inputs, as well as composite and S-video inputs for legacy analog sources. There is also a VGA output that mirrors the VGA input so that you can also connect a computer monitor or other downstream device. To handle audio, there is a dedicated analog audio input (audio is also supported through HDMI) and a 2 watt internal mono speaker. In case you want to connect to separate amplified speakers or a sound system, there is also an analog audio output. An RS-232C port is provided for control from a computer using custom software or via a third-party automation system such as Crestron. |
