WARRANTY
All our products are covered by our warranty. In case of any issue, we will replace the Product with either a new one or a Product similar to the one you purchased within 15 days.
Consideration
- Our warranty applies only to products that are not subject to accident, misuse, neglect, fire or other external causes, unauthorized use, alterations or repair.
- Our warranty is not transferable to any subsequent purchaser or recipient of the Product.
- Products must be returned to us before you can get a refund or replacement. Failure to send the damaged part or Product back to us may result in our warranty be void.
- Damages due to wear and tear will be repaired at a reasonable charge.
Add on Services
In cases, where the Product is faulty and Local Support Service is unavailable, the customer will pay a flat fee of N17, 500 plus shipping fee to take the Product to the manufacturer for repairs.
