In addition, the CTP18 supports Power over Ethernet (IEEE 802.3af) where a single cable serves two functions, carrying both data and power for the device. Cable or Wi-Fi are used to transmit data between CTP18 and the VCS endpoint, obviating the necessity for complicated wiring connections between the TV area and the conference table and sparing you at the expense of remodelling the meeting spaces.
