This microphone has a high output that is designed for distance miking, offering immunity from RF interference caused by mobile devices in applicable rooms, such as video conferencing, distance learning, hospital rooms, surveillance, and ambient room miking. The M70N microphone is AVB-enabled, deploying the M70 audio signal over a single Ethernet cable. It features a fully miniaturised integrated preamp, an extremely high sensitivity rating of 37 millivolts, and a small footprint of only 3" in diameter. The M70N capsule features a 12mm gold vapor diaphragm that is capable of capturing frequencies from 60 Hz to 10 kHz with a maximum sound pressure level (SPL) of 130 dB and the capsule is housed within a proprietary machined cradle that enables the microphone to be aimed and focused up to an angle of 45 degrees towards the source. The M70W terminates in a Phoenix connector and is easy to install, requiring only a 2" hole to be drilled with no additional tools necessary.
