AGM732F Transceiver Modules Description
Netgear ProSafe line of GBIC and Small Form Factor Pluggable (SFP) GBIC transceiver modules supports industry-standard SFP and GBIC interfaces and are compatible with third-party vendors products, industry-standard RFT connector and cage. It is a LC duplex connector that complies with the SFP GBIC standard and can be used with any SFP GBIC compliant slot. It is ideal for end-users and technicians because of its simplified installation. When an unusable optical signal level is detected, the AGM732F's post-amplifier includes a LOS (Loss Of Signal) circuit that provides a TTL logic-high output. The AGM732F transceiver is classified as a Class 1 eye safety device. Under normal conditions, the optical power levels are at an eye-safe level.
The AGM732F is a hot-pluggable 3.3V Small-Form-Factor transceiver module designed specifically for high-speed communication applications requiring rates of up to 1.25Gbit/sec.

The ProSAFE GBIC Module is an LC duplex connector that meets the SFP GBIC standard and can be used in any SFP GBIC compliant slot. It complies with the Gigabit Ethernet standards as well as the SFP Multi Source Agreement (MSA). It fits into JGS524F SFP interfaces, SFP interfaces of all Smart Switches, SFP interfaces of all Fully Managed Switches, and adds fibre optic connectivity to the GSM7324, GSM7312, GSM7224, and FSM7326P.
