With a dynamic boom microphone that features a hyper-cardioid polar pattern, the headset picks up voice from the front with a tight pickup angle. The microphone can be worn on the right or left-hand side and is flexible to be positioned near the mouth area for easy speech delivery. The HMD 300-XQ-2 headset offers an adjustable audio range of 45 dB on the microphone with the switchable ActiveGard hearing protection, protecting users from excessively loud volume or sudden sound surges.
The included 6.6' Sennheiser Cable-II-X3K1-Gold is a straight copper cable with XLR and 1/4" connectors designed for use with select Sennheiser HMD and HME headsets.
