The Xerox DocuMate 4700 is an excellent flatbed scanner that allows you to scan legal and tabloid-sized documents at a rate of 2.5 seconds per page. It is ideal for the management of old or delicate documents; includes software tools to edit, crop & retouch scanned images as well as organise the files into folders.
Using Visioneer OneTouch technology, the DocuMate 4700 can scan documents to 9 predefined and to entirely customisable destinations. This allows your documents to be scanned in the proper quality, cropping, colour, and file format settings; and then sent to nearly any application, folder, or device at the press of a button.
The Xerox DocuMate 4700 can be used as a standalone flatbed scanner. It can also act as a flatbed option for any Xerox DocuMate DriverPLUS ADF scanner. With the touch of a button, you can easily scan and automatically upload your documents to cloud destinations such as Evernote, DropBox, Google Docs, and others. The Xerox DocuMate 4700 not only boosts productivity, it also decreases the time required to learn how to use the scanner and increases your return on investment.
